PRODUCTION TIME 

As soon as we receive your order, our team will start processing it. Since personalized items are made especially for you, it will take approximately 7-10 business days.
We do not offer an accelerated processing time as skipping steps during the production may affect the quality of the final product.

SHIPPING TIME

All US orders are shipped via USPS and it generally takes about 7-10 working days for delivery. Shipping times are estimates, please take into consideration that there may be some delays due to weather conditions or any other issues.

International orders are shipped with trackable international delivery.

US Express Shipping : USPS Priority Shipping(4-7 working days)

We are located in California, USA. All the domestic orders will be designated and produced here. USPS Shipping provided only to US customers.

This arrangement has been implemented to guarantee free shipping and low retail cost to people who live outside the US.

Once the order is shipped we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen mail. We can send the replacement to you since all orders are ensured up to $100 USD.
